Diet Planning and Portion Control

I’m entering the 5th week of my high protein, low carb, moderate fat diet. I mentioned before that I am REALLY sick of the sight of chicken! It’s nothing personal, but after 30 days of eating chicken for lunch and dinner, I’m thoroughly bored!

So this week I’m dedicating some time to putting together a more interesting meal plan. I thought that I would share with you some great infographics  I have come across to help me.
